My name is Regina Matthews!
I'm excited to meet you and hold a safe and supportive space for you to truly feel seen and heard along your wellness journey. 😁
I'm the only holistic spa & wellness experience on wheels that offers Non Surgical Hair Restoration Services!
I began my educational journey in the healing arts and sciences in pursuit of my comprehensive approach to holistic wellness as a Clinical Herbalist, CAM Practioner, & Licensed Massage Therapist nearly 20 years ago.
I wanted to follow a path of quietness, being intentional about health outcomes, and diving deeper to find the root cause vs only address the symptoms.
The body is an interconnected system with many processes and functions. When one is off, tge others are out of rhythm too.
My approach is to support you through education as well as in service to help your body maintain is optimal function.
I'm trained to work with your Healthcare providers to achieve real results over time. There's no quick fix to healing.
Especially, if you're not ready to completely change your lifestyle towards healthy outcomes.
