As I continue my studies of the connection between the mineral and animal kingdoms, I am finding that is very critical for us to make sure we are getting enough ZINC in our diets. Zinc is the second most common trace mineral in our bodies. It helps prevent many diseases and has been known to shorten the time of pneumonia.
