The annual Triple Gong for balance is coming up! And no, it isn't a tree or a warrior 3 - it is balance for the Hemispheres of your Brain and emotional resilience!
In the age of information anxiety and ever-increasing demands on our ability to keep up, equilibrium has never been more important. This session shares some easy meditation techniques for finding balance.

The evening begins with light breathwork, and easy physical warm-ups, so your family and friends of any fitness level can join you! Next, sit and meditate, or lay down in Shavasana for 20-30 minutes as the primal and healing vibrations of THREE large, beautiful gongs wash over you. The Gong releases stress and allows the mind to find a still point, known as “Shuniya.” Finally, enjoy Yogi Tea and community time, as you savor the reverberation. Bring a yogi mat or sleeping bag for comfort.

Hari Datti Kaur, (Diane Hancock) eRYT500, has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and sharing sound immersions at CITYOGA for over 21 years. As a musician, she draws upon the influence of the sound current that is integral to this type of yoga, and uses the Gong in classes for relaxation. Having personally experienced yoga’s enormous benefits, she is compelled to share this practice with others.
