NATURE RHYTHM // ALGORITHM

We have always belonged to an algorithm, long before digital technology. We ebbed and flowed with the waves of nature's cycles. We created our own rhythm to match the rhythm of the earth, and of each other.

A little secret, we still respond to those natural rhythms, though they seem diluted, muted almost.

Nature instinctively responds to the natural shifts of the seasons, as does the human body and spirit. It’s time to begin to shed the layers of winter, slowly and steadily, all that we discovered during our hibernation and introspection. This is our algorithm to living and connecting to the vital life energy.

Release tension, fear, and doubt; plant the seeds of hope, peace, and compassion.
Nature provides us these last few weeks of winter to find moments of stillness and deep contemplation with few external distractions.

Under the surface, subconsciously, your heart-mind awareness is arriving in alignment with your strength and stability. Aretha Franklin has said, “sometimes what you’re looking for is already there.” The invitation is to find your focused concentration on what is bubbling under the surface.

I create programming designed to bring you back in touch with your creativity and your connection to nature.
