🚨 211 pounds of ma*****na seized in Fishers, Indiana… and two young Hoosiers are now facing serious charges.
Instead of this happening in the shadows, what if they could’ve just walked into a legal, regulated, taxed dispensary in Indiana and done business the right way? Or had an opportunity to open a small legal dispensary?
Fishers Police just took down Ian Heath and Brenden Grubb after a Snapchat sale led to a traffic stop on I-69. They found 211 lbs of ma*****na, thousands of THC carts, and a firearm.
These aren’t kingpins running a cartel. They’re Indiana guys caught moving product in a state that still hasn’t fully legalized what half the country already treats like a normal business.
This is exactly why prohibition is failing. It doesn’t stop cannabis — it just keeps putting young men in the system, clogs up our courts, and hands the profits to the black market (or neighboring states).
Let’s hope the judge shows some leniency for Ian and Brenden. (THEY DIDNT HURT ANYONE, ITS JUST CANNABIS)
Indiana deserves better. We deserve safe, regulated, legal cannabis retail so situations like this stop happening.
Tax it. Regulate it. Keep it out of the hands of kids and out of the court system for adults making adult choices.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche signed an order shifting licensed medical ma*****na from Schedule I to Schedule III.

Senate Bill 250 is RACING ahead—cleared committee, now in Appropriations. If passed, intoxicating h**p like Delta-8 gets BANNED July 1, 2026 (NOT November)! This crushes small biz, jobs, and choices while Big Pharma cashes in.
But for low-THC products (under 0.3% THC, like CBD): You’ll need permits from the Alcohol & To***co Commission (ATC) to stay legal. Here’s the breakdown:
