Congratulations Lisa Hamilton, Activities Director, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Lisa has dedicated an incredible 35 years to serving as an Activities Director, with the last three and a half years as part of the ASC family. Her path to this meaningful career began in nursing school, followed by roles in admissions, social services, and marketing. Each of these experiences helped shape the compassionate and well-rounded professional she is today.
Lisa’s passion for her work shines through every day. She loves making people happy—whether that’s through creative activities, a listening ear, or her warm sense of humor. Her deep care for the elderly and those in need continues to inspire everyone around her and fuels her dedication to creating joy and purpose for residents.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren, who are her pride and joy. She also loves cooking (especially her famous red beans and rice), gardening, and decorating. At home, she shares her space with her beloved cockatiels, Petie and Sweetie.
Lisa lives by the motto, “Take each day at a time,” a reflection of her positive spirit and steady kindness she shares with everyone around her.
