Watching you build, grow, and pass the torch has been inspiring. While it’s bittersweet to see you retire and close this chapter, we’re grateful for the legacy you leave behind — one shaped by trust, opportunity, and countless lessons we’ll carry forward.

She was IEP Therapy’s very first clinical fellow — and she’s been shaping our community ever since. 💙

💼 Favorite part of the job?
“No two days are ever the same! I’m grateful for an office team that collaborates, problem-solves, and supports each other through every situation, especially the complex ones. I love the long-term relationships we build with our entire school team and being part of their career through different phases of life.”🙌

🌍 Hobbies & Special Interests:
Exploring the world through travel, live music, amazing food, and any adventure that brings new experiences. Continuously striving to be a good human by giving back to the world in positive ways ✨

Her grandpa owned nearly 100 acres of tree farm, and her grandma has the coolest history—she spent time with the Miami Native Americans, was named by them (along with her twin!), and later worked with Chief Clarence Godfrey to publish a book of Miami Native American stories. How amazing is that?!

The heart of IEP Therapy is our people. We are so thankful to have Heather who shares her extensive school-based knowledge to support our entire team of professionals! 💙💚

Join us in spotlighting Naomi, who has been on the IEP Therapy team for 6 years! Her favorite part of the job? Collaborating with our amazing office team every day.

Outside of work, Naomi stays busy as a proud boy mom to her 2- and 8-year-old sons. She also enjoys playing pool with her husband, roller skating, and listening to podcasts/audiobooks. 🎧🎱💙
