My name is Rochelle and I was diagnosed with FMS in 2012 but have had symptoms since I was a child.

This group is a place for anyone who would like to vent or just get some support with their FMS. This is just simply a place to come on in and vent and feel free to voice how you are feeling, this is not just for invisible illnesses, it is for anyone who wishes to be apart of this group. Now a little about me just so you all know :) I was diagnosed by a physical therapist in 2009 with Fm and never did much research on it and then once I started getting worse I started looking for answers and I finally went to see a Rhumatologist in early 2012 and he stated that yes I do have FM and it is a pretty moderate case, I have also been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, and Osteoarthritis.

Monday, May 12: International FMAwareness Day 💜💜💜
Good morning/afternoon, my lovelies! Hope you all had a good weekend and a very happy Mother’s Day if you celebrated where you live. I had a nice day off, and spoke to my son for a couple hours. My daughter bought me some yummy skincare and selfcare products, and I bought myself a white orchid plant which arrived yesterday looking horribly sad and in need of a good soaking. Basically relaxed all day, watched movies, and stayed off social media and away from the news…completely unplugged. So, back to business today, and don’t forget to wear purple something if you go out. Wishing everyone the best day possible! Time for some serious mood stabilizing elixir! Cheers! ☕️🫖🌞🌷🦋🌸💜Beth 🟦
