RJL Solutions CEO Rachel Leslie and Chief External Relations Officer Ryan Ritchie were proud to attend the ceremonial signing of House Enrolled Act 1268.

This legislation strengthens and streamlines communication between the Indiana Defense Task Force, the executive branch, and the legislature, helping ensure priorities are aligned and progress can continue collaboratively across Indiana’s growing defense industry.

Thank you to Representative Stephen Bartels and Senator Greg Goode for authoring and championing this legislation, Governor Mike Braun for his signature, and the many stakeholders who helped advocate for the bill’s passage.

A meaningful moment for our team today in Evansville.

During the State of the City address, Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry unveiled the City’s new logo and recognized RJL Solutions for our role in developing Evansville’s new brand identity through our marketing and communications team.

This year’s theme, “Building What Matters,” focused on the City’s continued efforts to strengthen public safety, expand opportunity, and build a more connected and vibrant community. It was exciting to see the new brand introduced as part of that broader vision for Evansville’s future.

Brands matter because perception matters. The way a city presents itself should reflect its momentum, leadership, and long-term vision. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the City of Evansville and help bring that vision to life.

Our RJL Solutions marketing team was proud to work with Lee Company, Inc. to bring their new catalog to life. For a company with more than 90 years of experience, this piece needed to do more than showcase products. It needed to reflect the professionalism, detail, and trust that define their brand and the work they deliver for schools, athletic facilities, healthcare spaces, offices, and communities across Indiana.

Seeing a project go from strategy and design to a finished product in the hands of the client team never gets old.

Several members of the RJL Solutions team spent the day with Ironworkers Local Union No. 22 at their annual Clash in the Crossroads Apprenticeship Competition, supporting an event that showcases the talent, training, and discipline behind the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

We even got the chance to attempt tying rebar ourselves. After giving it a shot, we can confidently say we’ll leave that work to the professionals. The level of precision, craftsmanship, and skill these apprentices bring to the trade every day is seriously impressive.

Proud to help support opportunities that highlight the future of Indiana’s construction workforce and celebrate the people building it.

Members of the RJL Executive Team joined leaders from across the country for ADC50’s Celebration of America’s Defense Communities, recognizing 50 years of partnership between military installations, industry, and the communities that keep them strong.

Defense communities play a critical role in supporting military missions, strengthening local economies, and serving the families behind the uniform. It was an incredible evening surrounded by leaders committed to that mission and the future of communities across the country.
