Yesterday was a huge day for the future of Keystone and our SEED development program! We welcomed the Class of 2026 SEED program applicants to Tipton for a full day of learning about the Keystone culture, hearing from program mentors and current SEED professionals and even the class of 2024 - who are working daily in their full time placements. Finally, we ended the day with the first round of interviews for applicants.
We left completely impressed with the caliber of young people who will carry the next generation of agriculture forward! Our mission is to LEAD with people and the SEED programs allows us to do just that.

Governor Mike Braun has officially proclaimed February 15–21, 2026, as Grain Bin Safety Week in the State of Indiana. At Keystone, grain safety isn’t just a priority. It’s a responsibility we take seriously across every state we serve.

Did you know Keystone has donated more than 40 grain rescue tubes across our footprint? Even more important, we’ve ensured that every first responder in those communities has been trained on how to use them if the need ever arises.

Grain entrapment emergencies can happen in seconds. Preparation and training save lives, and we’re committed to doing our part.
