A couple years ago today, I did this little experiment, to show people how quickly my clients see results just flying in for a day.

I wanted to gain enough weight to look pregnant 🤰
I didn’t realize this journey would also be such a psychological/sociological experiment as well, but that’s a topic for another day.

We have a lot of people fly in to see incredible results quickly, for their face, their body, their energy.
So on this day, I did a 2 hour appointment in the morning. One hour of the Jade Skin Tightening followed by an hour of

Then I drank my spring water, electrolytes like body armor lyte & coconut water with lime 🍋‍🟩& had some healing ❤️‍🩹 soup & some living salad with sprouted pumpkin seeds & kraut, sprouts.

Then I enjoyed stretching in the infrared sauna & of course drink more water.

Home. Shower. Salt & baking soda bath. Nap.

Wake up.
Second appointment is in the evening of the same thing but different areas of the body, one hour of Jade tightening & one hour of Flux Red noninvasive body sculpting.

Then I go home, eat again, take my vitamins, water, electrolyte drinks, another shower & salt bath with baking soda & a good nights rest is absolutely essential.

These were the results. A lot of people ask how long the results last, so I wrapped that experiment into this one as well.

I followed this little experiment up with no fitness, fluxing or watching what I eat until after the thanksgiving feast, then we did what we recommended to most of our clients start with, a 3 week bootcamp.

Now obviously we recommend finding enjoyable ways to move our body & practice mindful eating, so this was a simply an experiment for educational purposes, and it’s best to use our services to help you both jump start & more easily integrate healthy habits into your lifestyle.

Dream come true, achieved in just 5 years of business.
Wow, I learned so much.
New levels = New Devils
And when you rise from the ground level to the cream of the crop so quick, it’s a whole other ball game.
The angelic love & light is a magnet 🧲 for gremlins.
It really was an earth angel bootcamp, having my spa in the design district & my home in Little Haiti, the voodoo capital of the US. I had no idea until what I was in for until I had already moved a piece of my life there.
Is it the in me that makes it harder than it has to be in the name of strength?

I wouldn’t be who I am today without winning the life games that came with this phase of my life. So the me now, wouldn’t share too many secrets with the me of the past. We will be standing in silence with our spirit team, & a giant Firey Sword 🗡️ 🔥

If you have bad intentions I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a Bitch ain’t one. 😂🕳️
