Frances is a native of Indiana and she has been a part of the nursing community for over 23 years. She started her career as a CNA and eventually through long hours and hard work became a Registered Nurse. Through the years she recognized the challenges that many facilities were facing with short-staffing. She decided to evolve and be part of the solution. She launched Extraordinary Nurses to support facilities in Indiana She has been dedicated to her patients for many years and now she is using that same focus to provide facilities with caring, and extraordinary healthcare professionals.
