TWC offers a 6-month program to assist each individual with clinical services, recovery support, employment readiness, and housing support. Upon admission, each client is placed in a phase, which mimics his or her current recovery status. Upon admission, each client will receive a client handbook, informed consent, a diagnostic assessment, drug screening, a recovery coach, a bed with linen, a treatment/recovery/exit plan, and authentic care support. Services Provided:

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this group and just want to check in. While I'm checking in, I'm seeking to hire an Addiction Counselor (Independent Contractor), if you know of anyone or interested, please please let me know.

The Independent Addiction Counselor Contractor is responsible for providing direct patient care in compliance with the Mission of Together We Can Consulting, LLC, and other licensing agencies standards of care for adult patients suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction and/or other chemical dependency issues, and criminal justice involvement.
In addition: Teach individuals how to modify their behavior with the intention of full recovery. Because clients are susceptible to relapses, many substance abuse counselors work with clients on an on-going basis.

Other responsibilities:

-Meeting with clients to evaluate their health and substance problem
-Identifying issues and create goals and treatment plans
-Teaching clients coping mechanisms
-Helping clients find jobs or reestablish their career
-Leading group therapy sessions
-Conduct independent counseling sessions
-Providing updates and progress reports to courts
-Referring clients to support groups
-Setting up aftercare plans
-Meeting with family members and provide guidance and support

EDUCATION:

Master's Degree Preferred

Psychology, social work, addiction or other human service field

LMHC, LCSW, LCAC or license eligible

EXPERIENCE:

Working with chemical dependent individuals and families, those involved with the justice system.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of 12-Step Programs, and effective oral and written communication skills

Hello All,

Together We Can is looking for a van driver!

We need someone to transport clients at 10am and 12:30pm every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Possibly more times in between. That is TBD.

We have a van, so there is no need to use your own vehicle for our client’s transportation.

This is a paid position.

Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license
-Proof of insurance
