Meet Sydney Webber, Rehab Medical's new Specialty Patient Care Representative in Indianapolis!

From the moment Sydney joined the team, she immediately felt supported and set up for success. As she puts it, "The orientation process at Rehab Medical helped me become familiar with the company and made me feel welcomed right away. It really showed me that everyone here is supportive and willing to help me learn and grow in my role!"

Every day, she sees how much coordination and care go into helping people acquire the equipment they depend on. "One of the things I enjoy most about my job is being part of a process that helps patients receive the equipment they need to improve their quality of life. It's rewarding to know that the work we do behind the scenes plays an important role in helping patients maintain their independence."
