Leslie Hibbs is an experienced program director with more than 20 years in child development, public health, and community services. She has led large‑scale WIC and Early Head Start programs across Texas, overseeing staff development, regulatory compliance, and evidence‑based outcomes. Her background also includes work in special needs advocacy, educational enrichment, and cultural programming. Most recently, she brought German holiday traditions to life as the Kinderecke Coordinator for the Carmel Christkindlmarkt, creating engaging, family‑focused experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from the University of North Texas.

If you are a common visitor at GiGi's Indy, you've most likely met Leslie before! She has been volunteering at weekly programs for nearly as year as her brother, Nathan, attends as a participant. We are thankful to have her on our team!

🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of LMNOP! 🎉

For a decade, LMNOP has been a place where families grow, friendships blossom, and memories are made. Many of our participants have grown up in this program, and we’re so proud to watch our Playhouse family flourish! 💛 💙

To welcome even more friends and families, LMNOP is now happening on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10:30–11:30 AM at the Playhouse. Registration isn’t required, but it’s greatly appreciated as it helps us prepare materials and make sure we have enough volunteers for everyone.

We’re so excited to welcome our spring interns to GiGi’s Playhouse Indianapolis! Over the next two weeks, 10 amazing interns will be joining our team to help us serve even more families.
