QRL is headquartered in Indianapolis with a regional office in New Castle, IN.

Quinton Residential Living, Inc. Through several years of disappointing care, and many providers later, QRL was formed with the vision of improving the level of service to those with developmental disabilities. You will hear the phrase "best possible service" as we speak of the quality of service extended to a consumer, a consumer's family, and friends. QRL defines best as: the ultimate effort one can make; service as: a contribution to the welfare of others; and quality as: a degree of excellence to the contribution and welfare of others. QRL and QRL's team members apply their ultimate effort with a degree of excellence to the contribution of the welfare of others. This is the foundation of Quinton Residential Living.
