⚠️ Content note: sexual violence and trauma
Some things are hard to name. Some things live in the body long before the words form. Maybe you feel it in the tension you carry, the exhaustion that doesn’t make sense, the way certain moments can pull you somewhere else without warning. That’s a nervous system that survived something.
Sexual trauma shows up in hypervigilance, anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain, and dissociation. It doesn’t just live in memory. Deep healing often requires more than talk and healing is possible even without speaking the words.
We work where trauma lives — in the body, in the nervous system, in the parts of you that words don’t reach yet. Through approaches like Brainspotting, IFS, and music therapy, we follow your pace, honor your agency, and let you lead.
Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. It doesn’t happen on anyone else’s timeline. You can start at the edges and follow your own path, your own timeline.
Whenever that is, we’ll be here. scheduling@greenhouseindy.com
