April is National Donate Life Month ππ
This yearβs theme uses trees as a symbol of life and connection. Just like trees share a community with intertwined roots and branches in a forest, donation connects people, donors, recipients, and their families. Like a tree that grows and stands for generations, a donorβs gift leaves a lasting legacy of hope and life.
This month, and always, we honor the lifesaving impact of organ, eye and tissue donation and celebrate the donor heroes and their families who make it possible.
More than 100,000 people in the U.S. are currently waiting for a transplant- 1,200 of those being our very own Hoosiers.
By registering as a donor and sharing your decision, you can help bridge that gap and inspire others to do the same.
Join us this month in raising awareness, starting conversations, and supporting the Donate Life Indiana mission. Together, we can make a difference.
