Since my October Saturdays will be fairly limited I decide to open up a couple Sundays to make myself accessible to clients! I’m still waiting to hear back from my son’s school on if they will have daycare during his fall break, so once I find out, I’ll post if I have availability for the week of October 20th-24th!
Lastly, it’s almost peel season and I know my skin can’t wait! I will be working with the glycolic 30% and lactic 20% again. I will be incorporating the face lifting massage into all peel bookings to make it more luxurious! 🤤

certification is completed! I take a lot of classes all over the place, but this is definitely one of my favorites! I can’t wait to have a bar set up and start practicing. If you love a deeper, more firm pressure feeling this is definitely a must try. Happy to now be apart of the select few in Indiana trained in this incredible modality!

I’m now officially a certified sound and vibrational therapy practitioner 🥁🍴🥣

I’m working just with weighted and unweighted tuning forks for the moment and hope to be able to bring the singing bowls and drums on soon. I’ve added “figure out suitable protocols” to my to-do list so I cannot wait to full introduce clients to this really cool experience.

Unweighted forks work with sound to help clients with calming their anxiety, improving sleep quality, and quieting cravings.

Weighted forks work with vibration and are placed on specific points of the body. In addition to the same benefits as the unweighted forks, these also work with the fascia layer and decrease inflammation!
