🌿✨ Homemade Herbal Cough Syrup ✨🌿

Looking for a simple, natural way to help soothe an irritated throat during cold season? This traditional herbal syrup combines mullein, marshmallow root, and raw honey for a comforting homemade remedy. 🍯🌱

🫙 3-Ingredient Herbal Cough Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp dried mullein leaves
• 1 tbsp dried marshmallow root
• 1 cup filtered water
• 1/2 cup raw honey

Directions:
1️⃣ Add mullein and marshmallow root to a small pot with water.
2️⃣ Simmer on low heat for about 15–20 minutes until reduced by half.
3️⃣ Strain carefully through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
4️⃣ Let cool slightly, then stir in raw honey.
5️⃣ Store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

• Soothe irritated throats

• Coat and comfort the airways
