Check out the 40th episode of the Healthy Youth Sports podcast, featuring Don Hooton Jr., President of the Taylor Hooton Foundation. Don joins us to talk about one of the most urgent—and often overlooked—issues in youth sports: performance and appearance enhancing drug (PAED) use among adolescents.

The discussion covers:
🔹How trends in PAED use are evolving among youth athletes
🔹Why appearance is now just as much a driver as performance
🔹What families, coaches, and school leaders can do to step in early

Don’s story is deeply personal, and his insights are essential for anyone working with young athletes.
