Invoke Studio, Indy's favorite yoga and pilates studio, offers over 100 classes per week at 2 locations (downtown and 86th & Ditch). Our classes include heated and non heated vinyasa yoga, pilates mat, yin yoga, as well as innovative workshops. Invoke Studio's reformer program includes private, duet and quad sessions on Peak Pilates equipment. Invoke Studio is proud to host Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training Programs as well as Peak Pilates Teacher Training programs.

Teaching the Reformer is both an art and a science. Our Balanced Body Reformer Training series is designed to support your evolution at every stage — from learning the mechanics to mastering advanced programming.
Each level builds strategically:

Reformer – Level 1

September 26–27, 2026 | 8:00am–5:00pm

9:30am Heated Vinyasa at IWC & Downtown! Can’t make it to the studio? We also have a Vinyasa Zoom option at 9:30am as well!

Our Sunday schedule is as normal at both locations, except ‘s vinyasa class will be on Zoom at 10am instead of in person. ☀️🧘

Outdoor Yoga at historic Ruins at Holliday Park kicks off this Sunday! This yoga series runs from May 24 - September 27 (weather permitting) ☀️🧘

Class Schedule:
Tuesdays: 7:00am - 7:45am
Wednesdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Sundays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Our free class this Sunday, May 24th is currently on a waitlist, but there are still spaces available in the free class on Tuesday May 26th at 7am. After that, sign up for just $15 or use your Invoke membership or class package.
