This Veterans Day, Forest Creek proudly hosted a heartfelt program to honor the brave residents, employees, and family members who have served in the United States Armed Forces. It was a moving tribute filled with gratitude, music, and community spirit.

Each veteran was recognized with a personalized certificate of appreciation, a small token of our immense respect for their service and sacrifice.

The stirring anthems of each military branch echoed through the room, bringing smiles, memories, and a few tears as we celebrated the legacy of courage and commitment.

Guests enjoyed a spread of delicious appetizers and refreshments, fostering connection and conversation among friends, families, and fellow service members.

To all who have served — thank you. Your dedication inspires us every day. Forest Creek is honored to stand beside you in remembrance and celebration.

This award recognizes far more than exceptional job performance; it honors heart, commitment, and unwavering dedication to the core values that define our community. Pangie is truly one of the brightest lights at Forest Creek, embodying these values in everything she does.

With every interaction, Pangie demonstrates genuine compassion, offering not just clinical expertise, but true human kindness. She consistently embraces accountability, taking pride and ownership in the quality of care she provides. Pangie builds meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and respect.

Her pursuit of excellence is evident in all she does. Pangie always goes above and beyond, never settling for “good enough.” Her positive influence stretches far beyond the bedside. Whether she’s mentoring new team members, stepping up in challenging times, or simply sharing a warm smile, Pangie reminds us of the true purpose behind our work.

Pangie has been a valued member of the Forest Creek team for nearly two years and brings 27 years of nursing experience to our long-term care community. A huge THANK YOU to all the incredible staff and home office consultants at Forest Creek who participated in and judged this year's Pumpkin Bake Off! Your creativity, enthusiasm, and taste buds made this event a delicious success.

Special congratulations to our winner, Rosey Normand, Assistant Director of Nursing, for her absolutely delectable pumpkin cheesecakes that stole the show and our hearts! Your culinary talent is as impressive as your dedication to care.

We’re grateful for everyone who helped make this festive tradition so memorable. Until next year—keep those ovens warm and those spirits high!
