Personal update: as of today I am down 55 pounds in 4 months and 3 weeks. We have several others who crossed the 40 pounds post mark this month and we are very proud of them.
We are also seeing that friends or couples who do this program together lose more weight by keeping each other accountable. So if you are ready to make a change we want to support you to do so. I am not good at keeping everyone updated with stuff on here but I wanted to let everyone know we are doing medical weight loss now. I am personally down 26 pounds in 6 weeks so that is a great pace for me. We are able to help people lose weight with a great product that is highly effective and affordable.
