Whole Soul Centre is a Holistic Healing, Wellness, Spiritual & Education space dedicated to you and your journey on the path to health and enlightenment.

Whole Soul offers solutions and support in all ailments, conditions, and concerns, as well as prenatal, birth, infant, and child wellness, women and men's health, biomedical healing, and energy/spiritual work. We have an on the spot apothecary where we craft custom needs, and a research library so you can have some tea and gain some knowledge. We will have a limited amount of supplements and vegan fare, along with classes, workshops and gatherings! We cannot wait to see you!

May you join us for the next Empowerment Circle and Mindfulness Meditation led by Lavia Graham.

The empowerment circle discussion will be on Releasing Fear. Fear can be crippling to some. It also keeps you from accomplishing goals and living life to the fullest potential. Fear also cause stress, anxiety, and other health related issues. In this class we will discuss how to release fear and connect to our higher selves. Through journal exercises, we will practice releasing fear. After the conversation, a mindfulness meditation will be held.

Mindfulness Meditation teaches self-awareness in the mind and relaxes the body! It gives you time to be present with yourself and the present moment! It is great for healing stress, anxiety, and depression. A love donation of $10 will be the cost to attend. Peace and love❤️

We are honored to have lead another empowerment circle! The discussion will be on Letting Go of Control. In this class we will discuss how control is an illusion that causes stress and anxiety. Control keeps us from our state of peace and the present moment. Releasing the illusion of control will open up the beautiful connection to the Divine! This connection will bring peace, harmony, and joy into your life . We will release control through a journal exercise.
