I am happy to report that BAC Local 4 IN/KY has secured another 3 year Contract with the IMCA.
Year 1 $3.25

Year 3 $3.55

Update!!!
Attention BAC Local 4 IN/KY Members! Our current contract expires May 31, 2026. The Negotiating Committee Members met with the Contractors today and we were unable to reach a suitable agreement. The last words from the Contractors were
“We are too far apart to continue negotiations, call us when you are actually serious about an agreement.”
Both sides have agreed to meet on Friday, May 29.
We as a membership we need to be fully prepared for the possibility that we are forced to Strike.
If indeed we are, we must be willing to succeed…. Not only for this settlement, but for success of each future Negotiations!
There will be more information coming soon, We just wanted to keep everyone updated on our current status. I ask that any and all comments be productive and helpful to a peaceful solution.
