Day 3 of 42

Week 1 Health Digestive:

Today was hard, i didnt sleep well, i do feel tried and drained. Well i have so far been going regular and I’m not as dehydrated when i wake up. My appetite is very minimal and I’m not craving anything. What i have to so far, 3 bottle waters, 32oz of my Nutrient SiStar tea (my version of a multi vitamin) and a salad. No digestive juice nor digestive tea yet.
My stomach doesn’t hurt but i still feel bloated like it’s more to come out bahaha we’ll stay tuned this is going to be a long ride

Update: it’s 2157 my tummy feels weird like cramps but in my colon area 🥴im not liking it, it’s making me feel nauseous 🥴 i have drank the juice and about to drink this digestive tea.
