We love to highlight examples of Medxcel's team members helping others in need. Josh Q., Regulatory Compliance Director, was nominated by a coworker for a recent act of thoughtfulness.

Josh was on the way to his car at Ascension St. John Medical Center when another gentleman stepped onto his elevator. After striking up a conversation, Josh realized the man was leaving after an appointment and seemed unsure of where his car was parked. He offered to drive the man around the 8-story parking garage to successfully locate his vehicle.

After a small water leak was discovered, Jenny S., Painter II, and Zibby P., Plumber III, at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital - Milwaukee Campus sprang into action. They expertly repaired the source of the leak, continuously inspecting to ensure the area had dried completely, then repaired and painted the wall. The room was reopened ahead of schedule and without having to bring in an outside vendor for the job.

Recently a large lobby window shattered on the 2nd floor of Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital - Milwaukee Campus. Cue Will K., HVAC Tech II, and Greg R., Facilities Supervisor, who immediately sprang into action. Greg even came in on his day off so they could secure the space, clean up, and coordinate with the vendor to have a replacement window installed within 24 hours.
