Optometric Associates is looking for friendly, professional individuals to join our already amazing team!

-Full and Part-time positions available

-Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM- No Saturdays required

-Eligible candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, be very detail-oriented, take pride in their work, have a passion for helping others, be able to work in a team setting, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Must be willing and able to travel between all three of our locations in Indianola, Norwalk and Carlisle, if necessary

Job will include:
Greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls and assisting with patient needs, prepping patient charts, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, general office duties

We will provide on-the-job training to the right candidates

We will also provide cross-training so each staff member is able to assist in multiple areas

Indianola downtown construction is still in full swing and has made its way to Optometric Associates!

West Ashland Avenue in front of our office as well as the intersection of West Ashland Avenue and North B Street is currently closed.

You may still use our main entrance to the north but please feel free to use the entrance on the west side of our building.

Public parking can be found in the lot behind our office on the south side of the building. There is also limited street parking to the west.
