In Tuesday’s SomaYoga class we will be breaking down Down Dog… which can sometimes feel like high load for our shoulders and wrists. We will experience in it a couple different orientations 🔃 to change perspectives and get to know the pose differently.

Please check out how my Down Dog isn’t perfectly shaped like an inverted V. I understand I have tight hamstrings and my shoulders roll more forward than back. We don’t have to make the most perfect shape in order for something to feel good. ✨
