Today we are honored to recognize and introduce a leader who plays a vital role in the heart and success of Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. A great administrator does far more than oversee operations — they inspire teams, support staff, advocate for residents, and create an environment where compassion, dedication, and excellence are present every single day.

At the center of that leadership is Leigh Davis, whose commitment and passion help guide our facility with strength and purpose. Through her leadership, Leigh works tirelessly to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care while our staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a difference.

Her dedication, vision, and genuine compassion help create a place where residents feel at home and families feel confident in the care their loved ones receive.
