Self-care looks different for everyone, but its purpose is the same: supporting your mental and emotional well-being in meaningful, sustainable ways. Taking time to connect with people you trust, nourishing your body, moving in ways that feel supportive, or slowing down with activities that help you recharge can all play a role in protecting mental health.

If prioritizing your mental health feels challenging, professional support can help guide the next step toward feeling more grounded and supported.
