INEZ - MCCC is seeking qualified applicants for several positions at its Serenity House Residential Treatment Center. Serenity House is a residential treatment facility for pregnant and postpartum females diagnosed with Substance Use Disorder. Serenity House provides a multidisciplinary approach to recovery from substance use.

About these Positions:
Serenity House is a 24/7 residential treatment facility dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for women in recovery. Because we operate around the clock, all positions require availability for shift work, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
We are currently hiring for Second Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and Third Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM). Candidates must be dependable, flexible, and committed to maintaining the safety and integrity of a residential setting during non-traditional hours.
• Counselors: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a behavioral science or related field. A working knowledge of addictions and mental
illness and their treatment with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing treatment. Experience with PPW and their families a plus
• Community Support Associate: Train, coach and support residents in the accomplishment of daily living skills such as housekeeping, cooking, personal grooming, accessing transportation, budgeting, paying bills and maintaining an independence residence. Assist residents with accessing financial, housing and other public services, and in emergency situations. A community support associate shall be eighteen (18) years of age or older; have a high school diploma,, or general equivalency diploma (GED), or qualifying documentation from a comparable educational entity; have one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a 1) Behavioral health disorder or 2) co-occurring disorder and successfully complete within six (6) months of hire the department-led or approved training program described in Section 3 of 908 KAR 2:250. Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
