Serenity House has had a busy week out and about in our communities!

We were proud to join the 3rd Annual Save A Life Road Show (Sept. 12–19) alongside our local health departments and community partners. These events provided free Narcan training and distribution, HIV and Hep C testing, fentanyl and xylazine testing strips, peer support, treatment and recovery referrals, and so much more.

From Inez to Belfry, Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Louisa, and beyond—it was an honor to connect with neighbors, share resources, and spread the message that recovery is possible.

Thank you to all who stopped by, and to our partners for making these life-saving events possible. Together, we can make a difference.

Serenity House was honored to join Mountain Comprehensive Care Center and community partners today at Shatter the Silence: Together for Su***de Prevention, Remembrance, and Hope at Prestonsburg City Stage.

This powerful event brought people together to share resources, support, and connection—reminding us that we are never alone and that hope is always possible. At Serenity House, we stand with our community in breaking the silence around su***de, supporting those who are struggling, and honoring those we have lost.

Together, we can prevent su***de and continue to bring light and healing to our communities.

Serenity House is proud to be back out in the community today at Possum Fest in Cumberland, Kentucky.

Community connection is at the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful for opportunities like this to share resources, raise awareness, and celebrate recovery together. Events like Possum Fest remind us of the strength and support that comes from gathering as a community.
