• Time to be present with God, self, & community. (Personal Practice:
Grounding)

• Trauma-Informed Mindful Movement (Personal Practice: Flow/Feel/Offer/Give)

Alicia Nicole ( ) curates this luxurious experience to provide a Safe Space for Black women with a sacred space to breathe, release, and reconnect with themselves unapologetically.

Four days. Three nights. JW Marriott. Oasis cabanas. Deep restoration and soul-nourishing sisterhood in the desert.

I do not take this invitation lightly; it is an honor to pour into women who give so much to everyone else. If you have been feeling the pull to rest, reconnect, or be, this is your space.
