The Center 4 Lupus Care is looking for patients who need medical help in the form of good doctors, counseling, education about lupus and group support meetings. We are still very mindful of COVID19 and the Delta variant, therefore we are still doing business by zoom.

CENTER FOR LUPUS CARE WALKING FOR LIFE!!

Did you know that the autoimmune disease called Lupus is growing in numbers in the Africn American(Black) communities. That is one good reason why we, as lupus patients, must arm ourslves with knowledge that relates to systemic and discoid(cutaneous) lupus. We must know the obvious symptoms and be able to communicate those symptoms to any health care professional. All doctors do not specialize in the treatment of lupus, therefore you, the patient , must be able to give a synopsis of what you know about your symptoms and your diagnosis.

Come out and walk with us on May 18th. at Darby Park to help us educate lupus patients and their families with trhe latest information published on lupus. Registration cost is $10

Please pre-register before the 17th of May. Regrastion begins at 9am. the 3k walk begins at 10am and must be finished at 12noon. If you are unable to walk, please come out and watch and you are always welcome to donate or pay for someone else to walk. Our goal is to register and walk with a minimum of 100 pople
