🌟 The 2nd Annual FAMILY UNITY DAY, hosted by our very own Councilwoman Gloria Gray, was one for the books!

CHMC was truly honored to participate in this vibrant community celebration at , where residents and local organizations came together for an afternoon filled with complimentary food, live entertainment & valuable resources for all ages!

We had such an amazing time while offering free health screenings, such as:

🧪 Glucose level testing
🥗 Nutritional guidance
❤️ CPR & stroke education

It was indeed a day of unity, wellness, and joy - and we couldn't do it without our amazing Volunteers, who deserve the biggest THANK YOU!

San Dimas Community Hospital is seeking the community’s help in identifying an unidentified patient.

San Dimas Community Hospital in San Dimas, CA, is seeking the community’s help with locating the family of a current patient. The patient is male, of African American descent, approximately 65 years old, has balding black hair, and brown eyes. He is approximately 6’ and 200 lbs. The patient has multiple facial and arm tattoos on his right and left arms. He also has the name “Ralph” on his right upper arm.

The patient was found lying down in the TJ Maxx parking lot of San Dimas before being brought to the hospital for emergency care. Any information that someone may have will be greatly appreciated in identifying this patient.
