Grief is like living two lives...

One is where you pretend that everything is alright, and the other is where your heart silently screams in pain.

I never believed that these feelings would change. I thought it would stay this way until I leave this life

It did change. So slow that I didn’t see or feel it happening. No longer screaming in silence. No more hiding in the bathroom so no one sees your tears

No more pretending. We do move forward. We have changed. We are brave. We live and laugh and love again. Without guilt
