I rarely get action shots, and I’m so glad my client’s better half took a few candid pictures of our session and sent thm to me.
*Nothing* beats a massage just steps away from the ocean. Especially in the fall! This was pure perfection. I wasn’t planning on an outdoor session but didn’t skip a beat when she said she’d love to set up on the deck. Excuse the stones wrapped in the corner of my sheets, it was a windy day 😆🙈

On a side note.. I’m really glad this there was an elevator so I didn’t have to climb up the stairs. I don’t skip leg days, but I have my doubts about bringing 50lbs of gear up to the 3rd floor 😅

To all you moms out there - a little mess is just a sign you LIVE in your home. An unmade bad means you cuddled your little one. Toys mean you played and giggled. Dishes in the sink mean you had a meal with your family.

Did an in-home massage for a wonderful expecting mother today. The room we had in mind turned out to be too small for a massage table, so we had to move.
This sweet momma apologized for “the mess” a dozen times, mind you it was just an unmade bed. I told her not to worry, complimented her absolutely stunning home and reminded her she’s growing a tiny human while solo parenting until her husband is away for work. Really, it’s no big deal.

You’re creating life, sweet mama, and you chose to snooze with your little boy before school. I’m glad you took these precious extra minutes to give him love, rather than spend the time making the bed. I’m here to help take care of you, not to judge whether you fluffed your pillows and tucked your sheets just right. Take the extra cuddles ❤️

Late to post but here’s a couple of shots from Ironman Florida 2023. This was probably one of my most favorite sports event days ❤️ Maybe because I got to bring my 12 year old as a first time volunteer to help with athlete check in and he worked beside me for 15 hours, maybe it was all the adrenaline and my amazing sports massage team, or seeing 6 athletes whom I’ve worked with in the last decade earn their spots to the world championships in Hawaii and France. Maybe it’s all the things. It’s the happiest job in the world.

This right here is a whole different side of mobile massage, while at the same time the end goal remains the same - balanced body, enhanced performance, calm mind. As always I wish I had more shots but hey you get what you get when your hands are busy.
