Upstate Total Care Family medicine/urgent care, all services are self-pay and reasonably priced. No insurance accepted. We are a family practice/ minor care office.

We see all types of patients including those with cold/flu/minor illness, cuts/injuries, work or school physicals, or those needing prescriptions for chronic conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure. We do not accept any form of insurance. Cash/credit only. Our prices are extremely competitive and we are able to care for all ages with no appointments necessary.

Established pt visit: $75
Sports physical (youth): $50
Sports physical (college/adult) $75
DOT physical: $110
