Inola High School Strength & Conditioning I will post home workouts everyday school day for the remainder of school and as long as the COVID-19 last. Some other coaches will be doing the same.

I will also be posting demonstration videos and what I'm doing for my workouts during this time.

HUGE day for the JH today! Got a lot of matches in and some hardware at the Eagle Up Classic in Warner.

MS took home 1st

Had a lot of placers with 5 champions:

Also had TWO Outstanding Wrestlers:

Inola finishes the day with 7 placers in the Chuck West Invitational. Taking home third place out of 21 teams behind 5A Sapulpa and 4A Cushing.

Great day of wrestling today as Inola put 5 in the finals and bringing everyone else back for day 2 tomorrow in the Chuck West Invitational. Sitting in 3rd.
