This is a great idea!

TIP!! It was suggested to me to add a drop of peppermint essential oil to the inside of your mask before wearing. I have been doing this for weeks now and find it makes a big difference...

Did a little research to discover that:

-peppermint helps to relieve headaches (masks cause many people to have headaches)
-peppermint oil has mild antimicrobial properties (I’m not suggesting it works against covid, but it’s not going to hurt!)

-peppermint oil is a scent that’s cool and refreshing (for this reason alone, is why I put a few drops in my mask). It’s a mood enhancer and makes breathing with something covering your nose and mouth a little easier!

Hope some of you will try this and get a little relief in this crazy masked world!😷

OREGANO: a MUST HAVE oil in your oily nook! The flu is going around like crazy- this oil is so good to have on hand right now!

Oregano is a very strong oil that has antiviral, antibacterial and immune boosting properties, making it highly effective for many pathogenic infections.

Did you know?!? Oregano can be used to remove planters warts {or warts in general}!!
Apply neat (without a carrier oil) several times per day, then cover it with duct tape if it’s a planters wart.

You can also use it to enhance the flavor of food.

Diffuser recipe if the cold or flu hits your home: 2-3 drops of Thieves, RC or Raven & Oregano.
Keep the diffusers running all day.

If you’re applying this oil for sickness, Make sure you dilute this before applying to skin, it's a hot oil! Applying it on the bottom of your feet is a great place to apply this one.

Have you tried GERANIUM!?! It’s one of my faves 💜

Geranium essential oil was used by the Egyptians to promote beautiful, radiant-looking skin. Today this potent oil is often used in high-end perfumes and skin care products. Cultivated from the fragrant flower native to South Africa and obtained through a careful distillation process, Geranium’s sweet, floral scent can be used topically and aromatically.

In the diffuser:
ANTHRO BLEND!!!
🌸 An absolute must to replace those toxic, fragrance filled candles, plug-ins and room sprays.
Drop this into your diffuser and lay down on a fluffy bed of roses!!
+2 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce
+4 drops Grapefruit
+1 drop Geranium
+4 drops Orange
+2 Lime (optional)

As a deodorant:
Geranium is antibacterial, antifungal and supports hormone balance. Want all this support while being a walking diffuser? I rub or spray this on my pits every morning. Ditch the aluminum ridden deodorants. You will get compliments how you smell like Aveda.
