This month, we honor the rich culture, resilience, and contributions of Hispanic communities and recognize the leaders who have helped shape the field of psychology and mental health.

Some examples include Martha Bernal, Ph.D. who paved the way for greater representation and cultural understanding in mental health. Dr. Amรฉrico Paredes, highlighted the importance of cultural narratives and identity. Dr. Josรฉ F. Cordero has advanced public health and child development research, helping shape services that better meet the needs of our communities.

Their work reminds us that culture, heritage, and identity play vital roles in mental well-being. We are committed to continuing this legacy by fostering inclusive, culturally responsive care๐Ÿ’š
