A table full of We Get S*t Done* tumblers, state-certified septic guides, and a whole lot of real talk about what’s happening underground in the Valley.
I had the honor of teaching the newest wave of Mount Washington Valley realtors all about septic systems — because nothing kills a closing faster than a mystery tank, a failed leach field, or a buyer who thinks “it’s fine” because the grass is green. 🌱😂
From state regulations to waterfront requirements to what NOT to say to your clients (“Yeah, you can totally build over that!” … NOPE ❌) — Turner Septic showed up to make sure these agents are ready to protect their clients, their deals, and our waterways.
Education is power.
Knowledge is protection.
And in the septic world?
Understanding your sh*t is essential.
