This life is a gift 🧚‍♀️✨💖

22months ago, Mount Washington called to me. It was my final evening in Egypt. It was the last day of the Eclipse portal in the Taurus/Scorpio axis, October 28 2023.

Without a thought in my head, I clicked into Zillow, found the mountain on the map, zoomed out & Conway appeared. “I’ve heard great things”, I said to myself. I clicked on a house. I landed the next day & bought the house.

I had never been to the top of the mountain. It’s been a bucket list item for a long time, since the first time the mountain called to me from a dream in 2015.

A few months ago I learned that for one day only this year, the auto road opened at 4:30am, making it the only day of the year I could drive up to catch sunrise & first light over the east coast. Every cell of my being told me I needed to be there.

But how? 🤔 my sprinter van is too tall to withstand the wind speeds at the top. SoOo I needed another vehicle to make the ascent. I stumbled upon an affordable used mini cooper in great condition.

Spirit moves mountains when things are meant to be. The impossible becomes not only attainable, but easy.

On August 23rd, as Virgo season & this season’s Eclipse portal in the Pisces/Virgo axis kicked off, I made my ascent in the darkness, held by a blanket of starlight under the dark new moon sky, up Agiocochook (“the place of the Great Spirit”) / Kodaak Wadjo (“so-hidden mountain”) / Waumbik (“white rocks”).

The spirit world does not operate in alignment with our human-built world. It’s not linear. AND, it always makes sense when we show up with trust and faith in the unseen, in all that is.

It is with unwavering gratitude and deep humility that I thank you, Great Spirit, for meeting me where I am & for leading me here into this exact space and time 🧚‍♀️✨💖

Problems OR Opportunities?

The return of the Christ Consciousness.

Perfect Imperfection & Imperfect Perfection

Energy as Food: do you consent to your life force feeding the very energies you don’t agree with or consent to?

Alignment within & without is the antedote.

Your existence will either contribute to the energies of loving light OR be fuel to heavier, denser & darker energies.

You get to choose.

Depending on your energy, this might sounds like a terrible, awful, burdensome problem.

Another perspective is that it’s a beautiful, awesome, wonderful opportunity!

Every moment, every breath is an opportunity to start living in alignment, with your outward existence & your inner landscape in sync.

Is it love that drives you? OR is it fear that powers you?

It can’t be both.

Life on a free will planet is about choices:

Gaia (our Mother, Earth) is thriving AND she is purging;
she is healing & reclaiming her sovereignty

Do we want to follow her lead?
Every moment, every breath, we are being presented with an awesome opportunity:

New beginnings are a precious gift, a blessing to be cherished and celebrated, and this new space is magical & sacred & perfect in every way🧚‍♀️✨💖

The nature of my work is such that it rarely gets captured on film. That’s probably why this “business page” shows little to nothing about my actual work, but instead provides snapshots into the rabbit holes I go spelunking down to explore consciousness & a whole host of other subjects that impact the health of our mental, emotional, physical, spiritual & energetic bodies 😆

Today was a rare treat that I’ve been given permission to share 💕🙏✨

Health & healing & wellness are important at any and every age, including pre-conception and in utero 💖

By focusing on holistic integrative health when you are (or your child is) young, you can reduce or prevent the little things from becoming larger issues as your system develops & you grow older.

That’s one aspect of my work & I adore it 💕🥹✨

Another dimension of this work, exploring the sources of trapped energy that translate into dis-ease within the physical body, sometimes leads us to discover that what we carry within our bodies isn’t even ours; it’s generational. Other times what we carry is ours, it’s just not from this lifetime 🤯

Yes, you read that right: sometimes this work takes you into a different time & space, this lifetime or others past, to unravel and reveal the origin of impeded energy flow (& physical distress) within the body 😳

Today is the beginning of a new chapter for Strategic Serendipity 💖

After more than 11 years existing as an LLC in Massachusetts, and almost 1 year operating at inside in New Hampshire as a MA-based business, Strategic Serendipity LLC has officially been established in NH 🥳

I couldn’t think of a better date than 12/12/24 to delineate this fresh start for Strategic Serendipity LLC

What a beautiful journey it has been! 🤙

Established with lofty aspirations on 9/20/2013, never in my wildest dreams could I have predicted the wild & wonderful path my little business would take in the years to come 🥹

I never wrote a formal business plan, only a mission statement:

To arrest & reverse systems decline,
In a way that regenerates the human condition & spirit,
So that all systems of life can thrive ✨💕🧘

Strategic Serendipity was birthed as my brain-child and the title of the 300-pg book that I completed in May 2013 as I concluded a Masters of Design Studies in Sustainable Design from the Boston Architectural College.

From there it became a woman-owned business offering sustainability & energy efficiency consulting.

I never thought my professional trajectory would pivot / expand the way it has, let alone that the mission of the business would transcend the original vision and continue to be applicable even after I shifted my professional focus towards human health & wellness.

That’s how you know something is meant to be 😉

It is with great joy & beaming pride that I share this snapshot into the journey of my magical little business, located in North Conway, NH ✨💕🧘

After a two month pilgrimage around the country with her sidekick Solé, Blair is back to Be Well Studios & Strategic Serendipity is debuting some new offerings just in time for summer!

During her time away, Blair expanded her Craniosacral Therapy expertise into the realm of pediatrics and is excited to welcome children of all ages & their families into her practice. 

Immediately prior to her journey, Blair completed her Zero Balancing certification and was blessed to meet the modality’s founder, Dr Fritz Smith M.D., while in Joshua Tree for a Mastery level course.

Her time on the open road led Blair to encounter and begin training in a new modality, NIS (Neurological Integration System), developed by Dr. Allan Phillips D.O. of New Zealand, which she will begin incorporated into her work over the coming months.

Life is about choices.

Our choices are a reflection of our free will, which becomes manifest through our actions, where inaction too is an action.

“I’m doing the best that I can” may either be truth or a story, depending on the energy that backs this sentiment.

Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing while expecting a different result

Stated differently: insanity is the expectation of a different reality without a change to one’s response/reaction to a catalyst

Our planet is upleveling in consciousness and All That Is is attempting to get us to uplevel with her

What does this mean? Catalysts will continue to surface in an attempt to elicit action

Stated differently: the world is going to continue to get louder to force us out of inaction, or complacency, into action

All That Is is attempting to make us choose a polarity.

The light or positive polarity reflects an energy of acceptance (and concurrent discernment for the energies we choose to engage with)

The dark or negative polarity reflects an energy of control (a lack of acceptance where manipulation, deceit & use of power is the strategy)

A bifurcation is upon us.

Several months ago I learned of the 95th birthday of the man who founded Zero Balancing, one of the healing modalities I study and practice. As many of the greats of other healing modalities have since passed, I decided that I needed to meet him while he was still here in the physical.

This roadtrip / pilgrimmage that I am on right now came to be so that I could have a honor of meeting Fritz Smith at his 95th birthday party.

Yesterday during class he connected with us all on zoom and we each had one minute to talk to him one-on-one on screen, since an intimate connection with each of us would be challenging at party on Friday.

On the heels of our brief exchange, with tears filling my eyes and rolling down my cheeks, and a massive smile on my face in gratitude, I went outside and found myself walking barefoot through a meditation labyrinth situated on an energy vortex.

With Solé under a bench hiding from the midday sun overhead, I walked the labyrinth. I recalled the first time I walked a mediation labyrinth, in May 2017 on Bainbridge Island at the conclusion of a sustainability conference. It’s funny how time & experiences often synchronize in the most beautiful and unexpected of ways 🧘

While walking the labyrinth, I reflected on my face-to-face, heart-to-heart via zoom meeting with Fritz and smiled at the warmth I could feel from his heart through the screen and the effervescence of sparkle emanating from his eyes. While tears fell in gratitude, I breathed into my heart the wisdom Fritz imparted to me during our brief albeit impactful meeting:

“Surrender into your touch.
Surrender into what you feel.”

This morning, Fritz transitioned from this physical plane of existence 🥹 His legacy carries on in the hearts & lives of so many through Zero Balancing 🧚‍♀️✨❤️

Thank You, beautiful soul, for the impact you have had on the lives of innumerable people across this magnificent planet.

Thank You for spreading your wisdom & light around the world.
