These beautiful caramel apples look good enough to eat, right? Don't let the lady's beautiful caramel apples fool you....these are perfectly artificial! What a fun craft for fall. The ladies did such a great job and had fun doing it!

The resident garden this year produced a great harvest of tasty tomatoes, as well as some beautiful flowers. We are currently waiting on these huge acorn squash to be ready to pick. The garden is looking more colorful (and delicious) than ever — and we’re especially excited as we patiently wait for our acorn squash to ripen. There is something so special about watching our residents connect with nature, nurture their plants, and share the joy of the harvest with others. 🍅🌻

It was Timber Hills' State Fair Day! Food, fun, games, prizes, smiles, laughter and teamwork! Thank you to the residents who attended and to the staff that made it all happen. Creating Smiles and Enriching Lives is what it's all about! It was a great day to live and work at Timber Hills!

The sun is behind the clouds today, but the Friday craft group brought sunshine to Timber Hills with their lovely sunflower watercolor prints.

Today was another successful Resident/Staff Patio Social. Our theme was "Margarita Mocktails and Flamingos". This has been a great way to connect with residents on a social level and enjoy a "mocktail margarita". The Flamingo Toss attracted some brave residents and staff too.

The staff at Timber Hills continues to carry out the PHS Mission "To honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults" and the PHS motto "Creating smiles in the eyes of the people we serve". Here's to many more socials with the amazing residents at Timber! Cheers! 🍹🦩

August is the best month for sunflowers and the crafters delivered sunflowers and smiles! It was another fabulous day of creating, socializing, smiling and laughing.

Another Family BBQ is in the books! What a great time we had singing along with Lou Lou and even dancing. It was such a wonderful time to see resident family members having a great time as well. Thank you to the Nutrition and Culinary team for the great meal and thank you to the wonderful aides who consistently provide amazing services to the residents.

August Staff Appreciation was brought to us by the "California Dip N Eat" food truck! Staff and family members enjoyed delicious items from American, Latin American, TexMex, and New Mexican cuisines, including special burritos and tacos! A huge thank you to the amazing staff that care so much for the residents. Thanks for all you do every day to create smiles in the eyes of the residents we serve!
