17 states have actually banned delta-8, which is from the H**p plant, over safety concerns of the product regarding contamination due to methods of manufacturing. In addition, they are NOT FDA regulated nor tested so there is no guarantee of the quality of the products. Stay safe and avoid these products!

We get a LOT of questions from Veterans about whether or not they have to still pay the State Fee for their Medical Ma*****na card. Unfortunately, the answer is YES. Everyone must still pay the yearly $75 state fee to participate in the medical ma*****na program. (Remember, this is different from the Doctor's visits and prescription, which is a separate fee.)
