Our coffee socials are the best! Citrus Health and Rehabilitation residents are starting their day with a hot cup of coffee and a slice of Stollen. Stollen is a traditional German Christmas bread (Christstollen) consisting of a dense, buttery yeast dough loaded with dried fruits, nuts, candied citrus peel, and often a marzipan center, typically coated in powdered sugar.
