As parents we want so badly to do a good job, but what kids really need is simple. Love, attention, and someone who believes in them and shows them they are proud of them❤️ This video is so heartwarming and this dad is doing so much more than creating a great memory, he is building a healthy, confident young man!

Weekends are a great time to make time for self-care. I like to self care stack-multiple things that bring me happiness and remind me how good this life is all at the same time. Went for a run and got lost in the woods with the sweetest gal by my side, listened to the new album from Zachlanebryan that I have been dying to hear and practiced gratitude for all the things and people surrounding me making life worth living. Today was pretty damn good 😌 Get out there and take care of your self!
