CITRUS COUNTY TEENS:
If you are in need of a CPR certification, look no further, our CPR instructor Sharon Seymour is holding a class specially for teenagers (ages 13-19) at our Crystal River location for only $45 on Saturday June 21st at 9:00am.

This class is interactive, you will get hands on training in CPR, First Aid & AED and will be certified on site that day and take a certificate home.

If you would like to attend, you must give Sharon a call at 352-586-2411 to pre register, as spots are limited to keep class at a manageable size!

Over the past few weeks, our Applied Behavior Analysis team has spent time certifying in Safety Care. This certification requires ten hours of instruction, hands on training and testing.

Safety Care focuses on preventing and managing behavioral challenges with dignity and safety, aiming to reduce incidents and injuries. Safety-Care teaches techniques to prevent crises, manage them safely, and intervene after a crisis to reduce recurrence.

We are proud of our amazing ABA team and love the passion they share for treating our most precious assets.

Team Member Spotlight!!

Today we gathered for a quick lunch to honor two of our team members! If you know these two, you know just how fitting these photos are!!

Our first team member we’re recognizing today is DAVID! David has been with ARTTI since August of 2014 and steps up whenever or wherever we need a PTA to fill in. While he’s assigned full time to our Citrus County Schools, he has also worked in a local daycare setting and both Inverness & Crystal River clinics. We are thankful for David’s positivity and his willingness to work with clients of all ages. David's experience and dedication to Achievement are appreciated!

Our second team member is SHANE! Shane started with us in June of 2023 and shares his love for physical therapy with our adult clients in our Inverness office. Shane fits the definition of positivity, always exhibiting a lighthearted outlook. He is known to share a few “dad jokes” with all of us and quickly became a client favorite within weeks of starting here. He is a true pleasure to work with and is greatly appreciated by his peers and patients.

Do you know what today is? It's Pi Day!! According to our good friends at Google, Pi Day, celebrated annually on March 14th (3.14), originated in 1988 when physicist Larry Shaw organized a celebration to make mathematics more fun and relatable! So, in honor of Pi Day, we honored Mr. Shaw by enjoying all kinds of pi - or - pie. Have a great weekend!
