While Achievement Rehabilitation Through Therapeutic Intervention "ARTTI" has been in business since 2007, Performance Physical Therapy opened their doors on February 5, 2014 and we're celebrating 12 amazing years! We couldn’t have done it without our incredible team (both past and present) AND our awesome clients! 💪💙

Thank you to our team members for your passion, grit, and heart, and thank you to our clients for trusting us with your care and your goals. Here’s to the community we’ve built together and many more years ahead! 🚀🙌

What started as a little company in a small building next to our current Inverness location, has grown significantly! Here are a few "then" and "now" pictures of our clinics. We've grown to 60 team members, two facilities in Inverness and Crystal River and we treat in the Citrus & Sumter County Schools. Congratulations to Pete, Sherrie and Tim who have build this company to what it is today!!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Therapy Scheduling Specialist to support our busy outpatient therapy clinic. This role is the heart of our front office—helping patients, families, and therapists stay on track.

What you’ll do:

☑️ Schedule and coordinate patient therapy appointments
☑️ Communicate with families regarding availability and changes
☑️ Support therapists by keeping schedules accurate and efficient
☑️ Provide outstanding customer service in person and by phone

What we’re looking for:

☑️ Strong communication and customer service skills
☑️ Excellent organization and attention to detail
☑️ Healthcare or therapy office experience is a plus
☑️ Experience in scheduling a high volume of clients
